Brad Evans is a local Colorado artist, specializing in furniture design and creating functional pieces with recycled woods from wine shipping crates, oak wine barrels, and reclaimed construction lumber. Brad Evan's designs and creativity are not only eco-friendly, but they are unique one of kind works of art "for the discriminating wine aficionado".
Originally from Middletown, Ohio, Brad Evans' woodworking career grew out of a passion for music. At the age of 16 Brad Evans built his first guitar which lead to a life interest in fine art and fine woods. After achieving a degree in music and acting from Northwestern University, Brad Evans' performance career allowed him to travel extensively, and to live in Aspen, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York, and Los Angeles. Through his travels, Brad Evans developed an affection for wine and the wine making process and began a collection of exotic wooden pieces. His travel and affection for wood impressed on him the wastefulness inherent in Western culture, the detriments of clear cutting, and the importance of using recycled materials. Each special artwork by Brad Evans is hand crafted in Colorado!
