Fascination St. Gallery : Order Policies

Returns:
  • WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR GALLERY CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 days of the purchase date. After ten days no returns will be accepted. No exceptions will be made except for the ones stated below:
  • Within 10 days of the purchase date we will accept returns for a full refund if the product is not what is stated on the website, or if the item is not received in a timely manner (minimum of 8 weeks). We fully guarantee the authenticity of our products for life and we give a full refund for any items found to be unauthentic. Shipping and/or custom framing charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Art bought via special order or during special events is non-refundable.

 Order Cancellation:

  • If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of submitting your order. If done within 24 hours and the piece has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours we will only allow customers to cancel if the piece has not yet been shipped or special ordered and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • We do not accept any order cancellations after 10 days of submitting the order, whether back-ordered, layaway orders or standard orders. 

 Shipping:  

  • All orders over $500 will receive free shipping in the continental US.* All shipments will be sent UPS GROUND unless other arrangements are made. If you would like to expedite a shipment you must call the gallery and speak with a sales associate – 866-293-1566. Additional charges for expedited shipping will apply, shipping charges will depend on the size of the shipment and how quickly you need the piece shipped, i.e.: Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day. *Oversized pieces may be subject to a higher shipping charge, you will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply.
  • All orders under $500 will have a minimum shipping charge of $18 for UPS ground including insurance. 
  • NOTE: If we are given an incorrect or incomplete address and are billed by UPS when they make the correction, the client is responsible for this charge.

International Shipping:

  • All shipments outside of the continental US will incur a shipping fee. Shipping charges vary greatly from country to country, please call the gallery to get a shipping quote on international shipments.
  • International shipments are often subject to individual country custom or VAT charges which will be handled by destination country’s customs agents. All custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the client.
  • Please note that unfortunately due to fraudulent abuse of credit cards all overseas clients must send a fax (303 333 0492) with a copy of the front and back of the credit card as well as a photo ID authorizing us to send the order to the billing address. We apologize for any inconvenience, and know that it is a hassle, but this really is for our protection and yours.
Availability:
 
All art offered on our website has limited availability and may no longer be available. It will be our pleasure to immediately check availability for you and offer a recommendation for a similar piece if the original piece you requested is no longer available. 

 

Framing:

  • We offer in house professional framing for any type of art. We would be happy to assist you in selecting the right frame to match your taste and style.
  • All of our framing uses conservation techniques and is completed by a certified custom picture framer. We only use acid free mats and museum quality materials.
  • Custom framing orders are non-refundable

Payment:

  • We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal, Cash or Personal Checks for any US order. If using a check for payment, we will hold your shipment for 10 days to insure the check has cleared.
  • We reserve the right to only accept money orders and/or wire transfer from International Buyers. If paying with a money order we will require a valid credit card number to secure the piece until the cash payment is received. If the check or money order is not received in 10 business days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed and the art will posted for sale again.

Sales Tax: (last updated 12/21/07)
Sales tax will be charged at 7.72% for pieces bought and shipped within Colorado. All other out of state and international addresses will not be charged sales tax.

 

Layaway Policy: (last updated 12/21/07)
The Fascination St. Fine Art offers an interest free three month layaway program to help collectors acquire the art that is right for them. The policy is as follows: a 33% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of the order. The remaining balance will be split into three equal payments to be automatically charged to your credit card monthly. For example, if a piece is US$1000, the non-refundable deposit is US$334. The 3 monthly payments will be $222 each, each payment to be paid on the same day of each month. Framing, shipping and any applicable taxes will also be spread out evenly over the four total payments. The art will be shipped upon receipt of the last payment. If a layaway payment is in default for more than 30 days, on the 31st day, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway, keep all paid funds and reoffer the art for sale.

Authenticity:
All pieces are accompanied by a written lifetime guaranteed certificate of authenticity. The certificate may be a gallery certificate of authenticity unless otherwise stated.

Fascination St. Fine Art is the sole owner of all client information that is collected on www.FascinationSt.com, www.FascinationStArt.com, www.EverythingGodard.com & www.AnimationArtwork.com and is for our private use only. Your private information including email address, phones numbers and addresses will never be shared or sold.

Orders

Our secure order forms will require the client to enter contact information (such as an email address and billing information) and financial information (such as credit card number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders only.  The information is used to contact the client if we have any questions about the order. We under no circumstances will sell or otherwise disseminate the information in any manner other than that needed to process the order and to possibly contact the user about this order or future items we may have for sale.

Log Files

Like most internet sites, we use log files. This includes IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring pages, and number of clicks. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information, but is purely used to analyze trends for the purpose of improving the internet site.

This internet site contains links to other sites that are not directly related to us. Please be advised that Fascination St. Fine Art is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage users to read the privacy statements of these other sites.

Security

This internet site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the internet site, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When our users enters sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.

All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
