"Toy Maker"
His toys are enchanting, and children delight,
In their hand-crafted wonder and magical sight.
One evening, he created a toy so grand,
A rocket, he held, in the palm of his hand.
He tossed it up gently high into the sky,
Where it landed itself right in the moon’s eye.
The moon scowled fiercely, its face all aglow,
With a look of displeasure, it started to show.
The toy maker trembled, yet kept his calm.
He knew the solution lay within his palm.
With a wave of his hand and a whisper so sweet,
He summoned the toy back to his feet.
The moon’s anger faded, replaced by surprise,
As it gazed upon the toys with wide-open eyes.
“Forgive me,” said the toy maker, humble and true,
“For these toys bring joy, not just to a few.”
The moon quickly smiled, its irritation soon gone,
And danced with the toys until the break of dawn.
The Whimsical World of joy and delight,
Is kept alive by the toy maker’s might.
